Gyoza Ingredients

ground pork, ground beef, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, flour, water, salt

Cooking Instruction

  1. Pour vegetable oil in a pan and heat it with high heat

  2. Brown gyoza bottom till they turn golden brown

  3. Pour 1/4 cup water and cover with lid immediately and turn the heat down

  4. Steam till skin becomes translucent

  5. Pour ponzu sauce
