Our Chef's Bio...

Originally from Uruguay, Satsko’s on 7th resident Chef, Diego Real De Azua, unknowingly began his culinary career in a family owned restaurant, with almost 12 years informal cooking experience, he brings an eclectic range of food styling to Satsko’s Pan Asian cuisine.
Throughout his career, Diego has picked up a wide range of culinary experience from his extensive background working at such places as the Café Paris in the Canary Islands,  NH Hotel in Uruguay,  San Sebastian Gold Hotel in Spain,  The German House in Montauk Long Island. And now at Satsko on 7th St.
With his ability to synergize his eclectic food styling and acute attention to personal details, Diego creates a dining experience not soon to be forgotten.
