It has been a dream of mine for many years to open a small place where New Yorkers can come in to have a wonderful evening drinking and eating delicious food.  I have been in a corporate world as a computer tech for more than 30 years but my passion has always been throwing dinner parties and cook for my guests.  I love learning ethnic cuisine from all over the world and use ingredients that are foreign into Japanese cuisine.  I hope you can see that in my food menu.

My philosophy in cooking is to use fresh ingredients and cook them simply to bring out its own essence.
Also, I love to introduce healthy eating without compromising the taste.  You can feel good about eating out with us because I love eating healthy and I want my customers to eat healthy too.

I'd like to keep learning and evolving as a chef and hope my long time regulars come along with my journey.
And, I am also looking forward to be acquainted with new faces.
